CPR

Participants will be educated in Adult and Child CPR through our CPR program. The techniques that we will be teaching will be easy to remember so that in case of cardiac emergencies, participants will be table to provide intervention and assistance immediately.

Educational training will include but is not limited to:

• Training in the use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Recognizing life-threatening medical emergencies:
• Stroke
• Choking
• Heart Attack

FIRST AID

This training will provide training to participants on how to respond to common medical emergencies and injuries such as but not limited to:

• Bleeding Control
• Shock Treatment
• Diabetic Emergencies
• Safety Positioning

Classes are both hands-on activities that are not only an informative learning opportunity but a fun and easy to remember the course that will one day come in handy in times of emergency.
